Powerbunnyz Members get free shipping on orders of $100 or more, along with discounted expedited shipping.
During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag, enabling you to select the shipping speed that works best for your needs.
Here are the costs for each of the options we offer:
No Rush Shipping
- Powerbunnyz Members: Free for orders of $100 or more, $5 for orders less than $100
Standard Shipping
- Powerbunnyz Members: Free for orders of $100 or more, $5 for orders less than $100
Expedited Shipping
- Powerbunnyz Members: $15
- Guests: $20
Express Shipping
- Powerbunnyz Members: $25
- Guests: $30
Please note, expedited and express shipping may not be available for every order.
Additional Information
- Powerbunnyz Members must sign in during checkout to automatically get free shipping on qualified orders.
- We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- No Rush shipping is not available for select products, orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or for SNKRS orders.
- Powerbunnyz By You and Converse Custom orders arrive in two to six weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
- Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days.
- We don't offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as fast as possible. You can see which carrier(s) will deliver your order when you track your package(s). Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.Sign Up.
How long will it take to get my order?
During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We do our best to deliver your items on this date, but occasionally your items may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date. When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the package.
